NICE Actimize Secures Top Position as Overall Leader in the 2023 Quadrant Knowledge Communications Surveillance Report

NICE Actimize, a business under NICE (Nasdaq: NICE), has clinched the title of the overall global leader in communication surveillance, according to the latest report from global advisory firm Quadrant Knowledge Solutions titled “SPARK Matrix™: Communication Surveillance, Q4, 2023.” This marks the second consecutive year that NICE Actimize has achieved the highest scores in Technology Excellence and Customer Impact metrics. The report evaluated 11 global communication surveillance vendors, utilizing its proprietary SPARK Matrix.

NICE Actimize’s SURVEIL-X Communication Surveillance, designed to monitor various electronic communications such as emails, mobile messaging, voice, and video conversations simultaneously, earned praise for its capability to reconstruct conversation history and discern the genuine intent behind employee actions.

The report highlighted, “The SURVEIL-X Communication Surveillance solution employs scenario and AI-based analytics to monitor all forms of communication utilized by employees. Its comprehensive surveillance coverage and patented correlation capabilities enable organizations to easily link and analyze related interactions across multiple channels.”
