ELC Earns Top Score in Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Commercial Equality Index

ELC has achieved a perfect score of 100 on the 2023- 2024 Commercial Equality Index( CEI) by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation for the 8th time in a row. This indicator is a leading check and report in the nation, assessing commercial programs and practices pertaining to LGBTQ plant equivalency. ELC joins the species of 545 major U.S. businesses that also earned top marks this time.

The results of the 2023- 2024 CEI show howU.S.- grounded companies are promoting LGBTQ friendly plant programs in theU.S. and abroad. The first time of the CEI included 319 actors, and the 2023- 2024 CEI now includes 1,384 actors; in addition, a record- breaking 1,340 businesses havenon-discrimination protections specific to gender identity, over from just 17 in 2002, which further demonstrates the tremendous line of the CEI. These criticalnon-discrimination protections cover 21 million workers in theU.S. and around the globe. ELC’s sweats in satisfying all the CEI’s criteria earned a score of 100 and the designation as philanthropist of the Equality 100 Award Leader in LGBTQ Workplace Addition.
