CommerceNext Initiates Call for Nominations for the Annual CommerceNexty Awards and Reveals Panel of Judges for 2024

CommerceNext has officially opened the nominations for the highly anticipated 2024 CommerceNexty Awards, a prestigious recognition of excellence in ecommerce and digital marketing. The awards, evaluated by CommerceNext’s Advisory Board consisting of over 50 esteemed leaders in ecommerce and retail, will culminate in the announcement of winners at the 2024 CommerceNext Growth Show scheduled for June 11-13 in New York City. This exclusive conference, accessible by invitation only, serves as a platform for leaders in digital, marketing, and technology retail to exchange best practices and strategies that drive success in ecommerce and retail.

Veronika Sonsev, Co-Founder of CommerceNext, expressed, “The CommerceNexty Awards give us a space to celebrate the best of our community. Every year, we highlight the people and companies behind the most successful, innovative campaigns and creative solutions to industry-wide challenges.” She encouraged retail and ecommerce executives to nominate individuals making significant contributions to the industry.

Last year’s CommerceNexty honorees included renowned names such as e.l.f. Beauty, Snipes, Hollister, Maybelline, MAC, and Crocs. These peer-reviewed awards acknowledge and celebrate outstanding marketing and ecommerce achievements within the retail and ecommerce sectors.

Nominations are currently open for various categories, and marketing, technology, and ecommerce executives are encouraged to submit nominations, either for themselves, a client, or a colleague, using the nomination form by April 5, 2024.

The award categories for this year include:

  1. Marketing Innovator of the Year
  2. Most Impactful Social Responsibility Campaign
  3. Best Use of Data or Technology in Marketing
  4. Most Effective Brand Storytelling
  5. Outstanding New Ecommerce Experience
  6. Best Use of a New Channel
  7. Women in Retail’s Top Woman of the Year Award (in collaboration with the Women in Retail Leadership Circle)

Finalists in each category will be selected on April 23rd, and the voting phase for finalists will occur from April 23rd to May 14th. The winners will be determined through a combination of popular votes (contributing 50% of the overall score) and votes from CommerceNext’s board of judges. The CommerceNexty Award winners are scheduled to be unveiled at the CommerceNext Growth Show on Wednesday, June 12, 2024.
